We, at
Capri Fisheries cook the Stone
Crab Claws the moment they arrive at our docks and we cool
them down overnight before we ship them.
Your
order is then packaged in a reusable Styrofoam cooler with frozen
gel packs to provide you with very fresh Stone Crab Claws.

We
ship our Stone Crab Claws
standard overnight unless otherwise arranged.
The
stone crabs will last up to 48 hours, but are best if
you eat them the day you receive your package.
If for any reason you do not approve of a shipment, we will
make sure you are 100% satisfied with our product.

How to Crack Stone Crab Claws
Place
the claw in a plastic bag and lightly hit it with a wooden mallet
on the smaller parts of the claw. Be careful. The broken claws
can be very sharp. Hit the largest part of the claw a little
harder.
Next, peel the shells from the claw and then separate the two
knuckles from the main pincher. Once cracked the claws will
not last long, so crack one at a time.
